What’s New in Version 2025.05

📦 Purchase Orders: Smoother Communication with Your Suppliers
You can now associate a specific contact with each purchase order! When sending by email, Suite Primmo automatically selects the address of the linked contact (or the main supplier’s address if no contact is defined).
Result: fewer errors, faster exchanges, and better tracking of your orders.

💰 Supplier Accounts and Projects: Keep Control of Your Budgets
A new budget control feature now alerts you in case of an overage detected during supplier invoice entry. This preventive functionality helps you monitor project budgets from the moment of entry, for even more rigorous management.

📘 General Ledger: Improved Traceability of Your Operations
Every modification made in the “Batches and Transactions” window now displays the date and the name of the user who performed it.
Benefit: increased transparency and enhanced tracking for more reliable accounting.
